In Kiwi I utilized all the previous sales and project management experiences in the purchasing of strategic products from the innovative area of FinTech. Gained a ton of experience from the Issuing business, got a glimpse of what Acquiring and Fraud and Risk are about and established valuable connections across the whole industry.
Came to Authentica with experience from the market. Knew the rules, the people, everything needed. Project management for the FMCG clients expanded with the clients succesful acquisition.
Came to Moravia Propag with expectations to get to know the new market, new customers, new negotiation styles. And that turned out well. I got in touch with the procurement and top management of FMCG companies and similar. I managed to overcome the 2016 targets by more than 20%, continuing to deliver 118% result in 2017's increased targets. I have proved to myself that I can go for it. I have also mastered the project management skills and increased the effectivity of our tools (automatic calculations of transport etc.) which resulted into less time consuming administrative work.
iFrame is a small carpenter workshop manufacturing on-demand furniture, doors to the furniture and distribution of fittings.The main target was to analyze clients needs, and make a suggestion with the responsible person about where the business should go to get the best economical output.
I was offered by Lantmannen with a position that included a lot more responsibilities, even more traveling and so many challenges. Career growth for sure. It was not a pure managing postiton (I had no team to care of) but it included a lot more responsibilities then the traditional sales representative work. The brand was not well known in CZ, so the company decided to hire me as a support. Due to changes in the company structure and strategical decisions we were forced by the situation to end our cooperation. The position in CZ was not reassigned.
I joined the Royal Canin Czech & Slovak Republics s.r.o. by the time of its founding. The company was building its own direct distribution and needed own sales force that will develop the work of previous distributor. Thanks to the potential this market brings (and I can say it still has some of that) it was possible to offer quality products to more and more retailers. Thanks to this (I am not going to lie here, it was one of the factors of delivered results) and my systematic work I was able to deliver ambitious targets all the time and also double my turnover during this period.
T-Mobile is the leader in mobile communication services in CZ.
I decided to gain more experiences in negotiations after I left OMKO. I can admit I was too young by that time and every other experience was priceless. T-Mobile gave me great support in this way. Everything is well documented - all the processes, clearly divided competencies, training in negotiating and sales skill. Some of the assistants have additional competencies given - in my case I was responsible for marketing communication on our store and administration of warranty repairs.OMKO company is the traditional TV & SAT supplier.
I have chosen OMKO as my starting point for Moravia. I gained knowledge of the wholesale processes. I started as an ordinary shop assistant. Thanks to a lot of my activities I later became responsible for the whole shop. I was able to get better conditions in loan services for both clients and company, but I was also the mediator in negotiations between management and employees in implementation of material responsibility which was to come thanks to changes in company. I took the responsibility to make conditions suitable both for company and employees.RTS Dakr is the supplier of TV & SAT solutions and runs regional TV.
I have joined RTS Dakr right after I finished the Grammar school especially thanks to my language skills. I was responsible for communication with out foreign partner (distribution conditions for ba that time unique solution). Everything was quiet new for me - terminology etc. I can say that I use experiences gained from this short period until now. I left the company for moving to Moravia with (I can say successfully accomplished) view with better (not only professional) life.
